Our insurance partners include Hiscox, ARAG, KRAVAG and R+V Versicherung. The providers act as insurance and risk carriers. This means that in the event of an emergency, the sum of damages is covered by one of our risk carriers. Your advantage with insureQ: You can easily report your damage online and the administration of various insurance products works in just a few clicks.
By working with established insurers, we can always ensure that you are reliably covered – especially in the event of a claim. Our insurance partners have been successfully operating in the insurance market for up to over 100 years and have excellent financial and customer satisfaction rankings.
Why should I use insureQ?
We know what insurance coverage you need in your industry. With a tailor-made commercial insurance policy, we ensure that you can reliably protect your self-employment or your company and, in return, avoid unnecessary extras. With us, all processes work completely digitally. You receive your insurance policies (liability, legal protection, cyber insurance, D&O, etc.) from a single source and can manage them easily in the customer portal. This not only saves you time, but also money. And you can concentrate on more important things. But that doesn't mean we won't be there for you personally. Our insurance experts are happy to help. How can I report a damage?
If you have suffered a damage and, for example, a customer makes a claim against you, we advise you to remain calm, but to report your damage promptly. To do so, you can send us an e-mail, contact us by phone, or simply log in to the customer portal, file a claim and view the status at any time.
We usually process your claim within a few days and you will receive the amount of the claim transferred to your account.
Is insureQ reliable in the event of a claim?

I cannot find my professional group in the selection – what can I do?
We tailor our products to your specific industry and occupational group. We are constantly expanding our range and covering additional occupational groups and industries. If you do not find your occupational group in the selection, we unfortunately do not offer protection for it at the moment.

How long are the contract terms at insureQ?
We offer our customers insurance contracts with a term of one or three years. For a three-year contract, we can provide a small discount.
After the expiry of the contract term, the contract with us can be terminated at any time. If this is not desired, we will extend the contract for another year.
How and when can I cancel my contract?
You can submit your cancellation at any time via phone or e-mail. However, the fastest way is via our customer portal. Here you can cancel your contract with just one click.
At the end of the contract period (one year or three years), you can terminate your contract with insureQ on a monthly basis. You can also cancel only individual insurance products and keep others unchanged.
